Commercial Collection Agencies of America’s Executive Director, Annette M. Waggoner, proudly represented the Association at the iA Institute/Inside ARM’s Women in Consumer and Commercial Finance Conference in Scottsdale, AZ, December 11-13.

The conference nearly tripled in attendance size from last year’s conference and was a day and a half of educational sessions, workshops and networking.  The sessions included Approaching the Glass Ceiling, Bridging the Generational Divide and Championing Diversity and Inclusion, as well as Communicating with Confidence and Unconscious Bias.Read more...
