Semi-Annual Meeting 2020

We hope that this finds you, your families and your staffs healthy and well, as we are all adapting to the challenges that have been created by Coronavirus (Covid 19),  both regarding business and personal issues.  

The leadership team of Commercial Collection Agencies of America has assessed the potential effects to our meeting participants, taken the guidance from the CDC to cancel large meetings, considered the current of state of operations in California, as well as considered the health and travel concerns and restrictions caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. 

As a result, we have made the difficult decision to cancel the 2020 Semi-Annual Meeting in San Francisco scheduled for June 11-13, 2020. 

To the registered attendees: thank you for registering for the 2020 Semi-Annual Meeting and the support shown to Commercial Collection Agencies of America!

To our speakers: thank you for your superior work in preparing stellar education for our members.

Cancellation of your hotel rooms

If you reserved rooms for the original March date, those rooms were already cancelled for you.  If you reserved for the postponed date in June, please note that hotel reservations must be cancelled by the individual who booked the reservation as soon as possible to avoid any penalties or fees. The conference was scheduled at The Argonaut in San Francisco and may be contacted at https://www.argonauthotel.com/san-francisco-hotel/ or by telephone at 415-563-0800.

Cancellation of your travel arrangements

Please note that flight reservations must be cancelled by the individual who booked the reservation. It is up to the individual airlines if they will waive change fees or issue credits for the entirety of tickets. 

Registration Fees

Please be advised that the registration fee for the annual meeting, which is scheduled for October 21-24, 2020 in Delray Beach, Florida will be the SAME AS THE SEMI-ANNUAL meeting.  If you would like to  apply the registration fee you paid for the semi-annual meeting to the annual meeting, please simply advise by return email.  If you wish to have your registration fee refunded, please email awaggoner@commercialcollectionagenciesofamerica.com.
