Thank you to those of you who have been in touch with Annette, me and others in leadership surrounding our upcoming meeting in San Francisco as it relates to COVID-19, Coronavirus. I am grateful for each of your voices and share in your warranted concerns. I am writing to assure you that CCA of A leadership has been actively engaged in conversations about this highly complex, fluid and evolving situation. Without question, the safety and well-being of our members, sponsors, staff and anyone affiliated with the production of our conference is of utmost concern.

We are aware that several organizations have canceled their conferences, and some firms/companies have restricted travel. We have taken all of these data points into consideration, together with the insights and guidance from medical/health experts, and local and national government officials. We have thoughtfully weighed all potential options and have concluded that moving the conference to a later date is the most prudent thing to do.

We have worked diligently with the team at the Argonaut and have been able to move the meeting to June 11 through June 13, 2020.  Even though the Argonaut’s room rates are normally higher at that time, OUR RATES WILL NOT CHANGE. We will, in short order. forward to all attendees, sponsors and vendors the updated meeting information.

We sincerely appreciate everyone’s understanding under these difficult circumstances.  Please do not hesitate to reach out to Annette or me if you have any questions.

Regards,

Bruce Godwin

President
