After breakfast and before the General Membership meeting, join in this open forum to facilitate the exchange of knowledge between professionals in the collection industry.

This year’s theme will be “The Rising Cost of Running a Firm”. A candid discussion in our popular open forum setting regarding the increasing costs of regulation, licensing, healthcare, and other operational necessities. A look at salary and compensation, including FLSA ruling and Healthcare Reform Act Compliance will be discussed. A session not to be missed!

The agency and affiliate members will join together to discuss the mission, direction and strategic planning of the association. Member input is key to the success of an organization and we look forward to having you contribute your ideas and comments. The board of directors and committees will report on the year’s progress.
